Dear Heritage families,  

     Below you will find a proposal for a curated tour of the Holy Land for your community on suggested dates: March 2-9, 2024. 

In 2015, I visited Israel for the first time and fell in love with the land, people, culture, and history. I was hooked and I wanted to bring as many friends as possible to experience the Holy Land. After 20+ years of church ministry and event planning alongside Passion Conferences, I now have the joy of curating trips through my small business, Shiloh.

Shiloh was born out of a desire to reimagine Holy Land travel and to create space and significant moments for people to meet with Jesus on their journey throughout the land of the Bible with thoughtful planning and design. We work with a local team of experts who help implement each tour and connect our guests to the best hotels, restaurants, and fresh opportunities.

Holy Land Tour Details

Land Pricing $4,399 | Double Occupancy

Includes 7 Breakfasts, 2 Lunches, 2 Dinners. (*see itinerary for more detail) All other lunches and dinners will be coordinated but paid individually.

Includes 1 free guest (bring a pastor to help shepherd your group alongside local guide.)

ITINERARY

  • Day 1 | 03/02/24

    Depart ATL on 3/01/24. Arrive into Tel Aviv on the morning or early afternoon of 3/02/24 and begin your journey north to Galilee. Light touring along the Via Mar depending on arrival. Get settled in hotel and enjoy dinner at hotel and rest.

  • Day 2 | 03/03/24

    Begin the morning with a short hike up Mt. Arbel for a sweeping view of the entire Galilee region where the majority of Jesus’ ministry took place. Visit the first century town of Magdala, Mt. of Beatitudes and Peters Primacy and enjoy a picnic lunch taking the views of the Galilee. Choose between afternoon free time at the hotel or continue touring. Optional add-on extras like kite surfing or fishing available.

  • Day 3 | 03/04/24

    Early morning sunrise Kayaking adventure on the Jordan and enjoy a chef prepared picnic breakfast before touring Capernaum and Hippos. Lunch at a local “hole in the wall” restaurant with the best hummus around! Continuing touring the Galilee area. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight in Galilee.

  • Day 4 | 03/05/24

    Head to the coast to tour Cesarea Martimia where the Gospel went out and Paul was imprisoned. Enjoy lunch overlooking the sea and optional Paddle boarding. Continue to Mt. Carmel and overlook the Jezreel Valley and Nazareth. End the day with a sunset boat ride on the Sea of Galilee with wine and charcuterie. Dinner and overnight in Galilee.

  • Day 5 | 03/06/24

    Head towards Jerusalem with stops at Qumran and float in the Dead Sea. Tour the Mount of Scapegoat and Valley of the Shadow of Death. End the evening at a private chef prepared dinner set up for your tour in the Judaean Desert. Overnight in Jerusalem.

  • Day 6 | 03/07/24

    Begin the morning on the Mount of Olives and communion in the Garden of Gethsemane. Journey through the Old City experiencing the Holy Sepulcher, Pools of Bethesda, Via Dolorosa stops, and more. Early evening tour of the Garden Tomb. Dinner reservations at a top rated restaurant. Overnight in Jerusalem.

  • Day 7 | 03/08/24

    Begin the morning with a tour of the Temple Mount and Western Wall and underground tunnels. Tour the City of David excavations and Southern steps. Space for free time and shopping in the old city. Sunset family dinner overlooking the Old City and night walk to the Western Wall. Overnight in Jerusalem.

  • Day 8 | 03/09/24

    Departure day. Head to airport. Flight out early afternoon.
